Ran from home to start of MKT. (1.21 miles, according to Yahoo! maps). From .5 marker, ran 2 miles, then a bit more to the parking lot, where I took a small break to drink. Promptly ran distance back.

Are...You...Serious! I have been looking for someone with a blog about running for years! Even before they had blogs (I was looking and didn't even know it). You are my idol man I can't wait to see how far you run and what conditions the weather might be when you run this is going to make life worth living for me. Don't give up man!!
